The sneaky WordDodger keeps swapping the secret word to dodge your guesses. Your job is to corner it by cutting down its hiding places until it can’t escape anymore.

How To Play

• At the start, any word in the large 5-letter word list could be the answer. The dictionary of possible words balances the vowel appearances to be near equal.
• When you click a letter:
  • If possible, the WordDodger switches to a new word that doesn’t contain that letter.
  • If no such word exists, it’s forced to reveal where that letter appears.
  • Each guess shrinks the list of possible words, tightening the trap.
  • The meter shows how many words the WordDodger can still hide behind.
  • Letters that can no longer appear in any possible word automatically turn red.
• Your score increases when you:
  • Eliminate lots of possible words
  • Reveal new letter positions
• You have unlimited guesses. Keep pressing until you finally pin down the real word and defeat the WordDodger!
