MY TRAIN CHRISTMAS TREE
I don’t have too much space or a strong desire to put up a big tree for Christmas but I thought I should have something for the season! So I bought an 18 inch diameter wood base and a small fake Christmas tree to create a mountain snow scene with a little train that runs around it. If you look at the photos you can see some of the details I made which include a tunnel, a gold mine, some deer, a frozen creek, and a cabin. Originally I had the tree with no touch ups but I found that it did not match the rest of the scene so I simply painted the tree white with some downward strokes. I was surprised how well it all turned out.
